  • Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

3. Shipping Locations

  • McCallops currently ships to all serviceable PIN codes within India.

  • Availability of shipping depends on courier partner coverage in your area.

  • International shipping is not available at this time but may be introduced in the future.

  • McCallops may offer free shipping on select products, promotional campaigns, or orders above a specified value.

  • Free shipping offers are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines start after your order has been dispatched.

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 / Non-metro cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote or rural locations: 6–10 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or logistical challenges beyond our control.

6. Shipping Partners

McCallops works with reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe delivery of your orders. Once your order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines and handling are governed by their operational policies.

7. Shipment Tracking

  • After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link or tracking ID via email or SMS.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

  • You can use the tracking details to monitor the progress of your shipment until delivery.

8. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, incorrect contact details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse.

  • Re-shipping such orders may incur additional shipping charges, which must be paid by the customer.

9. Address & Contact Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including:

  • Full address

  • Correct PIN code

  • Active contact number

McCallops is not responsible for delays, misdelivery, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

10. Delays, Lost, or Undelivered Shipments

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order:

  • Has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, or

  • Appears lost in transit

please contact our customer support team with your order ID. We will investigate the issue with the courier partner and provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, where applicable.

11. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package arrives in a damaged, open, or tampered condition:

  • Please refuse delivery if possible, or

  • Record an unboxing video or clear photos immediately upon delivery

12. Split Shipments
